Mango milkshake

Mango milkshake, everyone loves mango milkshake. Mango milkshake is full of energy and refreshing drink for everyone in the seasons of mango. Mango milkshakes provide instant energy as mango is full of potassium and magnesium. Mango helps to stabilize digestive system as well.

Mango milk shake need ripe mangoes more ripen the mango is milkshake will be smoother and more delicious.

Frozen mangoes can be used in case of fresh mangoes are not available. Mango milkshake is Instant milkshake with few ingredients only, just like other summer drinks.

Mango milkshake served as chilled is it need to have lots of ice but if you are using frozen mangoes ice can be reduced or skipped. I am sharing recipe on vegflavors where I am using frozen mangoes to make this instant mango milkshake so I am not adding any additional ice but it’s personal choice if you want more chilled ice can be added.

For instant mango milkshake I am using 3 ingredients only, sugar, frozen mango cubes and milk.

Sugar can be reduce depending on taste or sweetness of mangoes. It’s very easy to make mango milkshake.
Add all the ingredients in blender and blend it properly and served immediately or store in freeze to serve later (but should not be kept in freeze for long time)

You can add any nuts to add additional nutrition and crunch to delicious mango shake. I am just garnishing it will some crushed almonds on the top.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Frozen mango cubes 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 1 tsp(optional)

METHOD:

  • Pour milk and sugar in blender and blend it so sugar will mix properly. If using fresh mangoes add it with milk and sugar before blend.
  • Now add frozen mangoes to milk and sugar and blend it to make mango milkshake. Pour in servings glasses and garnish with chopped almonds.
  • Note: ice or frozen mangoes should be added after sugar dissolve in milk as chill ice and frozen fruits take lots of time for sugar to get dissolve properly.
