Method to Make Masala Aloo Toast

1. Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, and spices. Mix everything well until it becomes a smooth, flavorful stuffing. Add lemon juice and coriander for freshness.

2. Assemble the Toast

Take a bread slice and spread a generous layer of the aloo mixture on top. Press lightly so it sticks well.

3. Toast Until Crispy

Heat a pan and add a little butter or oil. Place the bread (aloo side up or down depending on preference) and cook on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.

4. Serve Hot

Cut diagonally and serve with green chutney, ketchup, or tea.
