Instant Veg Pasta
Veg pasta , pasta cooked with lots of vegetables and veg pasta is a dish in which you can use any vegetable(Peas, Broccoli, sliced Cabbage, Bell pepper etc.) of any choice and everyone like it. It’s good for families who don’t like to to eat vegetables alone, but adding them in pasta enhance taste because of spices used. Spices can be reduced as per your taste but ,I love spicy food. Today, I am using Veg shell pasta, Veg Rotini Pasta in recipe. Pasta of any kind and shape can be used in this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled pasta (any) 2 cup
- Onion 1 medium sliced
- Tomato chopped 1 medium
- Green bell pepper 1/3 cup chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
- Italian seasoning 1/3 tsp(optional)
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Paneer Cottage cheese cube 1/3 cup
METHOD:
- In a deep pan heat oil and add onion , Saute onions till it get to caramelize.
- When onion get caramelized add chopped tomato, all vegetables, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, pepper powder and 1 tbsp of water.Cover It with li let it cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Add boiled pasta, salt and Italian season and mix well. Now add paneer. Mix well and cook covered for 2-3 minutes, so everything mix together in veg flavors.
- Add 2 tbsp water if it gets very dried .
- Veg pasta is ready to serve.
For vegan option- paneer can be skipped.
