Instant maggi noodles

Instant maggi noodles, who don’t love instant noodles ready in few minutes. I love instant maggi noodles, they are so Instant and spicy.

I love eating Maggi noodles and veg Hakka noodles (not instant) since childhood.

Whenever late from college, work or tired from home chores, instant noodles are my good option for dinner or lunch. It’s very easy to make. Just boil noodles with spices included in noodles packet. Many people like to eat little watery instant noodles like soup with noodles in it, that can be made by adding some additional water to it while cooking, instant maggi noodles soup will be ready.

Many people don’t like vegetables in maggi noodles but it’s healthy to add vegetables of your choice. Adding veggies in noodles that enhance its flavour to double.I am adding bell pepper and onions only in my recipe today but you can add any vegetable of your choice like carrots , peas, beans etc. It taste good with maggi noodles.

Foodies who never tried onions in maggi, get surprise like who eats onions in maggi noodles. To everyone who don’t add onion to maggi noodles try that and you will love this way, sweetness of onions with tangy flavors of maggi spices works great.

Let’s make instant masala maggi noodles with onions and bell peppers.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Maggi masala noodles 2 packets (70 gram each)
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Green pepper 1 medium size
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Turmeric 1 pinch (enhance color)
  • Chili powder 1/4 tsp(optional)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Water 2 cups

METHOD:

  • Peel onion and wash it. Slice onion in Medium thin slices.
  • Wash bell pepper and slice it.
  • In a pan boil water and add maggi masala powder from packet. Add maggi noodles and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • In another pan on side, heat oil. Add onions and cook it will onions get caramelize not brown in color, we only want it to cook to get soft and maintain its sweetness. Add turmeric powder, chili powder and mix well. Add sliced bell pepper and mix. Add 1 tbsp of water and cover it.  let it cook for 1 minute.
  • In other pan our noodles must be boiled by now, toss noodles in cooked vegetables and cover for few seconds on low flame. Switch off the flame and serve immediately.
